Pandora always has what I'm looking for. I looked on online and found exactly what I wanted. When I visited the store I didn't know what the name of the product was, but was able to describe and she knew exactly what I wanted. I will always go to Pandora because they always have what I want!

Sadly I don’t remember the girl name, but she was super nice and friendly. She was able to answer all my questions. She took her time to help me out, she wasn’t desperate to be done with me and I liked that. Great experience and customer service

From the time I walked in to the time I left everybody was so considerate and nice! the girls complemented my hair ,my child was upset and cranky ready to go, and they all made sure that I got in and got out as fast as possible! nobody was mad at me because my baby was crying it was genuinely just such an overall wonderful experience that I would probably come back any day of the week!

The staff were friendly. The store was well cleaned. We didn’t want to buy the wrong size and she was friendly to let us try them on to let us buy the right size. She was helpful.

I went to store looking for a guard for my bracelet. Was shown all available options. After choosing, she cleaned my bracelet and made it sparkly again. Very satisfied.
