I was greeted promptly by friendly staff. My sales associate was pleasant and knowledgeable. My overall experience was fast and enjoyable.

The sales associate approached me within minutes to offer assistance. She did not rush me into a decision and was very patient in showing me options.

Upon arriving into the store. I was greeted by a representative who did not even assist me. My daughter and I walked to the counter was offered charms for both mothers and the ordinary pieces that are in the store. Most important I was in and out of the store in less than 10 minutes.
