Me and my sister decided to get something for mothers day for our mom. As soon as we entered the store we were immediately directed towards Cameron. She was an excellent customer service associate. She was helpful answering questions and if she did not know she found someone that could help answer the question. She was very quick and friendly. We previously visited the store on 4/21 around 1pm and was not satisfied with the service, as the associates did not ask if we needed help or try to help us unless we asked. Cameron also mentioned that free banglet if we spend over $150 in efforts to get us the best deal. We did not know about this nor was informed by the staff during our previous visit, which was very upsetting. We expressed this to Cameron and she offered empathy as well as helping us get the most from our purchase. Cameron made our experience much better than on Wednesday 4/21, which is why I will be returning back to this pandora store. She mentioned it was only her first month working and commented on how great she was doing and deserves recognition for her hard work.

Barbara was amazing, she helped me locate just what I was looking for and even did a great job of upselling me on getting an additional item. She made the process smooth and easy. I do want to shoutout the other members of her team for checking on me while waiting to receive Barbara wonderful customer service. One even clocked in and rushed to me, amazing service and even better team you guys have! Whole team deserve a free lunch, or a weekend off. Great job, see you guys for Mothers Day.

Pandora merchandise in my opinion are of high quality and the young ladies in the store were helpful and pleasant. I only came into the store to purchase one item and left the store with 2 additional items.

The employee was extremely friendly and knowledgeable.
