Was in and out within three minutes! Employee was very sweet and was able to find the ring I saw online in no time. Sizing was simple and I left super happy!

My memorable moment: there was approximately 5 customers in the store at the time. A young man WITH NO MASK walked into the store while on his cellphone. He couldn't have gotten 2 feet into the store before 1 of the Sales Associates got his attention, cited the COVID restrictions and he quickly executed and about face, acknowledging his wrong and he left the store. We were focused on your items in the showcases and the presentation by the Sales Associate. That Team of Associates covered each others backs, as well as us customers. I applaud the cohesion and Teamwork.

My husband and I were welcomed to the store by all the associates who were working at the time . Terrise was very patient with us and did it pressure me to choose any particular item in the store . She let me take my time and showed me several pieces and let me decide .
