The sales associate and the manager both took the time to understand what my need was. They made recommendations based on my daughter’s age and tastes. They were patient as I tried many items. I left the store impressed with their friendliness and helpfulness.

It was a fast moving line. The lady that kept the line moving was very friendly. The salesperson I dealt with was very attentive and knew allot about the product.

Quick Service and knowledgeable sales person of all of the products.

I went to the Christiana mall location in Newark, DE on 2/9/21 around noon. I have no idea if this will get to them but they are wonderful!! The greeter outside the store was friendly and talkative; the person inside the store that helped us was fast and friendly. Love that only 11 people are allowed inside at a time!

The store at Christiana Mall Space 1590 has a great selection!! The Pandora associate Casey took the time to help me with my bracelet that had oxidized. On completion she helped me put my three new charms on and I also bought two more in the store. She was very knowledgeable and took her time I definitely will purchase from this store again.

Our Salesperson and i Assume the other person was the manager were amazing! They helped me and my sister with all of our needs. They were friendly and made sure we left 100% happy!!!
