The sales associate was an absolute sweetheart! She helped me find the charms I was looking for, and we had a nice chat about bracelets while she was rebeading mine for me!! It was an important day for me, and she really added to how great of an experience it was. There weren’t as many charms on display as usual, and not much in stock, but she quickly found the ones I was looking for and even got the ones I wanted from the display! I felt bad she had to restring my charms a couple times to get it exactly how I wanted it, but she reassured me that it was her job! I love the way she placed my charms as well. Amazing girl < 3

I was highly satisfied with my Pandora experience because I was able to get into the store and get assistance from the sales rep very quickly. I was told online that the bracelet that I wanted was not available in the Christiana Mall Pandora which I was at but located in Philadelphia. The sales rep asked me what I was looking for and I told her while showing her a picture and within a minute or two she had located the bracelet that I really wanted within the store’s merchandise. She said that the store only had two left and tried one on me and it fit perfectly so I bought it. I was very excited and told her that she had made my day.

The service was great, the salesperson was very informative and attentive. She was very patient and answered all of my questions. I am very pleased with my purchase.

The sales associate was awesome! She asked what we were interested in and brought it to the line where we were standing! She held it until we were able to go into the store and brought it to the cashier. The cashier then informed us of a set of three charms that was a better value and we purchased the set. The process was very organized and very quick. Thank you Pandora associates!

Although the items I wanted were not available, the experience and service was highly satisfactory. Love the merchandise.

I always loved the Pandora store. I decided to get my daughter a bracelet & some charms for Christmas. She loves it.

Sales person was so kind and helpful

I loved the overall selection of the merchandise. Price wise, I don’t think they could do better. As far overall Pandora Is great in my eyes. My only dislike I’d say I have is size selection and actually appearance. The bracelet I ordered was gold with a silver encrusted like ball on it, beautiful. Only thing is it was way too small and I guess that was the largest size to choose from. Physically it was way smaller then it showed on the website.

I had never shopped at pandora before and wanted to get my mom something for Christmas. While waiting in line outside the store an associate pulled me aside and helped me pick out a bracelet and charm. She was very pleasant and I was happy I didn’t have to wait in line for a long time even though it was moving quickly. My mom absolutely loved the gift.
