Jaida White was soooo nice n helpful. She cleaned my bracelets for and helped find the perfect clip for one of bracelets. She offered me the Pandora credit card which I got approved for! WOOHOO!!

Amna was great, she take time to listen what I want for my daughter’s birthday. She pick some charms that I loved. I left the store totally satisfied and eager to see my daughter's face tomorrow. I need to return to also have my Pandora bracelet 😃

Spent over a thousand dollars got home items was missing that I was charged for. Sales associate scheduled me for an appointment she was not there. I placed order over the telephone. Manager could not find the order, I had to start all over in the store. I’m at high risk for COVID-19 they refused to offer me curb side pick up, I was in the store well over an hour

Loved the attention to detail to keep me and the associates safe during these uncertain times. Staff are well trained and very personable. From someone that comes from customer service you guys get an A++!!! Great Job
