I ordered online and receive my jewelry in a beautifully packaged box with everything I needed for gifting. Unfortunately, I ordered the wrong size and had to exchange it in store. ALL of the associates were friendly and enjoyed being there. The Store Manager re-packaged my jewelry and we were on our way. WONDERFUL experience!

Janae was very friendly and a people person who used her own merchandise to do a show and tell and comparison of what we might or might not need. She was very resourceful while training a young lady.

We had the store manager and she was very knowledgeable. The girl I had yesterday was selling me spacers for clips. She didn’t seem to know the merchandise, was having trouble finding items etc. also I wanted to pick out the charm with clips and she wouldn’t get the charm from the front case. Glad I waited until today. Everything was great except we were waiting to be helped and they let more people in the store that were helped before us, a little frustrating.

Mrs. Veronica was very professional and she gave me more information about my Pandora then anyone else every have.
