I was very satisfied with the customer service during my visit at Pandora! The sales associate who helped me was very polite and helpful. I also got the merchandise I wanted at a GREAT price!

Sales rep was patient, offered so many options, but most importantly, she listened!

Walked in was greeted by two familiar faces. Was asked what I needed then was told about the black Friday sale all month long. Was showed a new piece from my all time favorite collection by Takaera who knows my Harry Potter obsession is the death of me. Shown an item that they haven't had in stock the last time I was in which made me feel good that she actually remembered. Great experience

I love Pandora so much, I have collected many rings, earrings and charms for my bracelet over the years. I love all my products. The associate who assisted me on my visit was amazing. Gregg, was so kind accommodating, patient and friendly!! He was amazing!!

Janae was very pleasant and professional. She took her time with helping me and making sure I got everything I asked for. The store was clean neat and well organized. All of the associates were pleasant with their customers.
