Stayed open past closing time and didn’t rush me.

Although I was exchanging for a larger size bracelet, the associate did not rush me. She let me try on different sizes and she asked what my personal preference was regarding the fit. She also asked if it was interested in an account. I declined the offer.

Because the customer service was excellent. The employees treated you with respect. And lastly they were just all around kind and friendly I will be back

All the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Product I was looking for was in stock. I didnt have a long wait before I was assisted.

Very pleased with customer Service

The experience was great from the greeting to me being able to exchange two small charms for a new charm and cleaner. The staff was great and helped me a lot. They didn’t have the scorpion charm but I ordered online today when it came Available.

Great visit to the store. All safety in place (only problem was customers not obeying the arrows but that seems to be everywhere). The sales associate was knowledgeable and courteous. We made our purchases and were on our way in a very short amount of time. A very pleasant experience.

The Sales Associate, Jacqueline, was very friendly and helpful...she even offered to clean my existing Pandora bracelet. I will definitely return & ask for her. All of the associates at the Christiana Mall store in Newark, DE are always very pleasant to work with.
