My customer representative Takeara P was AMAZING! She was extremely knowledgeable and sweet! Although Pandora did not have the item which stated was available at the store she was able to find me something equivalent! She made the shopping experience wonderful for me when shopping with my 3 younger children. Her knowledge on the products and friendliness went a very long way.
