I decided to purchase my first bracelet. She helped me find the correct size and fit for my wrist. She was also very patient with me as I decided on my first charm.

I received my pandora bracelet for my 50th birthday and it was too small. I went to exchange it for another size and had trouble looking up the purchase since it was a gift and the manager said it was fine to switch out they didn't have the exact same one so I got one with a different clasp and bought another charm. The employees were super nice and very helpful.

I was visiting from out of state and of all the interactions I have have in NJ (home) DE (visiting) was the best. They were not rude as far as rushing and they were more knowledgeable about the products
