I had a problem with a damaged bead. There were some problems with the computer but the manager on shift was so helpful and decisive she totally helped me resolve the issue!

Our sales associate, Amna, was knowledgable , friendly, and conversational. While you did not have the item I wanted in stock, she was still able to direct us to another charm that she thought would interest us. Would recommend Amna to my friends and family.
