Tiffany was the best. She explained how to add charms and suggested items to help achieve the look I wanted. She was very patient and knowledgeable. I have had my bracelet for 2 years and this was the first person that offered to help me arrange my charms.

Ashly did an amazing job of helping us understand what makes pandora charms so special. She was also very knowledgeable about the material and different ways we can style the charms.
