The Pandora representative Shahgol was very pleasant and personable. Although it was last minute Mother's Day shopping (busy), she took time asked questions and offered suggestions. The entire team seemed to be working together to satisfy the demand of the customers.

This was my very first time visiting padora because I was felt very intimidated with all the options and steps to buy/build a nice bracelet for my wife. Kudos to sales associate (Tiffany) she was very very professional and knowledgeable and more important made us comfortable and didn't leave us feeling like she just wanted to make a sale. You're truly luck to have Tiffany on your team. Please take good care of her! She gave us truly genuine customer care all the way! Thank you so much Tiffany for help us last night regardless of how crazy the store was at the moment.

I was just browsing and had no intentions of making a purchase. The sales associate was very friendly and we engaged in a casual conversation, I did not feel harassed to buy anything. She did such a good job of showing me around that I ended buying a gift and a bracelet for myself.

I get excited every time I enter a Pandora store. It’s like being a kid in a candy store. I never leave there disappointed. Sometimes there may be a little bit of a wait due to the number people who can enter the store but it’s worth it.

There was an issue with my Customer Service survey validation code and everyone worked together to try and understand what happened. They were able to provide the discount despite the issue of no email / digit code.

I love the Tyson’s Pandora store, they provide great customer service. I appreciate the individual attention I receive when I go to this store. They are always friendly and helpful!
