I’m a first time customer. Upon arrival I was warmly greeted by Anna Maria. She asked how she could assist. When I said it was my first visit, she immediately explained how to create a beautiful keepsake bracelet. I immediately felt at ease and new I was in good hands. The bracelet we created together is gorgeous. I can’t wait to give it to my daughter. I look forward to returning so I can purchase one for myself. The level of customer service I received is rare and very much appreciated.
