I received a bracelet as a gift but was having trouble fastening it. Also, I had one charm (another manufacturer, possibly) that didn’t fit well. On my first of two visits, a courteous and very patient Rosemary coached me on how to fasten my own bracelet until I was finally proficient. Then she walked me through how the Pandora charms work and showed me several I liked. I ended up buying one plus two gripper beads, but once I tried them on at home, I found the bracelet too heavy for my small wrist. I came back a second time and another kind sales associate (may have been the manager) showed me more options and worked with me until I had a good mix of lighter beads. So, I want to commend the women working in the Tyson’s store. They obviously love the products they sell and listen to the needs of their customers.

I was buying my sister a bday gift so i came in and described what my sister would like and the young lady assisting us knew exactly what to grab and explained how much wrist space you should have with the charms
