Ms. Tiffany and her staff are highly motivated and professional. They treated my daughter as if she were a princess and took time to acknowledge her.

I really love the charms and the lady who helped me , showed me a variety of them, she seemed very knowledgeable of what she was telling me. I love my bracelet and couldn’t imagine anything better.

Delilah was such a big help and I would have never been able to pick out the absolute best jewelry for my wife without her outstanding help. Delilah is highly patient and will help you through anything you may need. Definitely ask for Delilah when you come into the Tyson’s store! I will definitely be returning to see her again.

When we are walked into Pandora we were immediately greeted and asked if we needed any assistance we said we were just looking and the ladies acknowledge and gave us time to look. When we finally had a question one of the ladies came over and started to give us more information on the custom made charms! She then told us about the buy 2 get one free promo and I was ecstatic, I was thankful for her bringing up the promotion!!

Delilah was the person helping me with my experience. Initially, I was only going to exchange a bracelet for a smaller size, but I ended up buying a charm as well. She was super accommodating. I tried exchanging at another store (Fair Oaks Mall, VA), but the employees/manager were horrible and did not let me. Luckily, Delilah and her associates were able to help me.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Engaged and able to help me find the piece that was just right for the occasion.

At the Pandora I went to, the co-workers there were really friendly and very helpful when me and my family stepped into the store. They presented a positive and bright attitude with a smiling face and it brought comfort to us as customers. They gave us conversation throughout providing service and welcomes every customer that comes in when we’re still in the store.
