The sales associate was very nice, very patient with me and gave me so much information. It was truly customer service at its best. The store was not too crowded because it was a Friday morning and it was wonderful to be able to walk around to see and touch everything before I bought my purchase.

Staff was polite and professional.

The girls in the store were very friendly. More than one of them asked if I needed help. It was one of the fastest times I've been to Pandora, although the mall had only been open for less than an hour so that helped.

Every time my friend and I go to Pandora, we nab a sales associate for about 30 minutes just for ourselves. Every sales associate we've talked to in any location has always been patient, knowledgable, and has a sense of humor. Whatever you guys are doing to train your sales associate, thank you!
