I LOVE Pandora. My whole family has it. The problem I always encounter is that you don't have enough people to help and people take a long time to do orders. So, you can be waiting a long period of time. When you are with a young kid, that is hard. Also, there is some real variability in the skill. Jamie, for one, is amazing...she has an almost encyclopedic knowledge of merchandise and looks. It can get very crowded and cramped, too. And during the holidays you can really have to deal with lots of stressed out suburban ladies and their spouses who are jostling for attention.

Coustomer service was amazing; they were very friendly and helpful. I got two charms for my charm bracelets that represent exactly what I was looking for.
