The sales associates were very knowledgeable and friendly. I liked how they all were wearing Pandora jewelry which demonstrated to me just how much they love the product. I was so impressed with the newer mesh bracelet that I purchased it, along with a lovely charm and two spacers. I cannot wait to purchae more charms for this piece!

The sales associate who assisted me was very helpful when I came in. I had visited and purchased items at the Pandora store over at Tysons Corner the night before and came in to the Fair Oaks location to purchase the pandora bangle I was eyeing at Tysons. (Fair Oaks happens to be closer to my home). While I was there I was considering getting an additional charm for my friend who was moving away and told Meghan what the sales rep at Tysons recommended and showed me the other night. Meghan presented me other charms/options and I ended up going with one that she had picked. She also helped put together my new bangle which I love love love! I could tell Meghan not only knows Pandora products but she adores them as well. Her customer service was top notch! I was envying her necklaces so I am sure I will be back again soon and breaking the bank! Thanks for another wonderful experience at Pandora!

Someone asked me if I needed help immediately after walking into the store, the ring I got at first was too big so they allowed me to exchange it. Everyone was kind, patient and friendly.

I've always found the staff helpful and prompt at this store. This store has great selection so I can always find what I need for gifts for my niece and sister.

Tyler, the sales associate held the item until I arrived. He carefully placed all of my essence beads in order so that he could put the safety chain I bought on the bracelet for me. He was very conscientious and knowledgeable of his job.
