Friendly staff that were helpful but not pushy. We will not return as the store we visited was in Virginia and we live in California.

The associate I worker with was incredibly friendly and offered great suggestions for my visit. She also engaged me in conversation throughout the entire visit. Even though they didn't have a specific charm I wanted, the service was amazing and I would definitely go back.

The sales associate Tyler was very patient. I was very indecisive as to the styling of my charm bracelet and he would start all over again. Lol
