Sales clerk was very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. Store was brightly lit and very clean. Merchandise display was very organized making it easier to locate items.

Upon entering the store, I was greeted immediately. The person I spoke with was very helpful in finding a specific charm I was seeking. Suggestions were made for other products I might be interested in but no pressure was applied

The person who assisted me was friendly and really focused on customer satisfaction without being "pushy". I wanted to purchase a bracelet of a certain size, and when it couldn't be found in it's usual spot, she made every effort to search for it in other places. No luck:( Rather than try to convince me to purchase a similar but different bracelet (which I didn't want), she let me know what other options were available and when future shipments would be delivered at that location. No pressure; friendly service. Though I did not get my bracelet, I went on to purchase 2 other items. I was quite happy when I left the store:)
