I was highly satisfied with the sales rep because she was patient with me and spoke very professionally. she answered all my questions and even told me about the collector charms, which I think is a great investment and should be brought to every costumers attention. I had to go to the book to find the charms that I wanted for my fiancé, but they had them in stock and that was very pleasing. Thank you Jamie for making my Pandora visit a great experience.

I was there with my daughters who couldn’t decide which pair of earrings they wanted to buy. Sales associate was very patient and very friendly, she even gave them a cookie before we left.

I came into the store to try on some rings I had seen online. The salespeople were really nice and helpful and had a lot of patience while I tried on a ton of rings and different sizes, Lita R in particular! She did a great job helping me pick out the ones I want to buy. In addition to that, I could even get one ring for free because of the "Spend $100, get one ring/earrings" promotion you have going on. I now own three, beautiful new rings. Great deal, wonderful costumer service!

The sales associate was very helpful and nice. Even though I looked at a lot of different rings and tried on a lot, she was still very helpful and stayed kind the entire process.
