The inventory was low in the Tyson’s Corner Store-I wanted a birthday charm and it wasn’t available. I was trying to build a bracelet for a birthday present, and several other charms I was interested in weren’t available either

I ordered online to pick up in store. I received the message that my order was ready for pickup, only to be told when I arrived that there was a system problem. I was told I could go home and receive a call when the issue was resolved. I live an hour away from the store. I drove out there for the sole purpose of picking up the charm as there were none available online to ship with rest of my order. So I waited in line for about 30 minutes or so to go inside to purchase one of the two remaining charms I had selected. Fortunately, the associate went in and put one aside for me so that it would still be available by the time I got through the line. Pandora made no accommodations for my inconvenience. Understand that there were systems issues outside of the associates control but I didn’t get a 1% discount or anything but “you won’t be charged for the order if you don’t pick it up.”

I expected to get the free gift that is why I decided to buy from pandora. Unfortunately I did not get one because it was out of stock already. An alternative freebie should have been given to customers who did not get the chance to received the “free” item. For me, this is a terrible marketing.

I received a pandora bangle bracket many years ago. I came back this time to get a different bracelet as the clasp is not user friendly and too hard to open without ripping your nails off. Ended up getting a bolero bracelet which I like so far. Sales associate wanted to push more bangle bracelets on me.

I came to the store basically because 2 stones fell off out of my bracelet. Since I purchased it more than a year ago I knew the warranty wouldn’t apply, but I was very disappointed to know there is no way for me to get a fix. I recommend Pandora has a certified jewelry repair center for out of warranty period.

I was dissatisfied truly because of the time it took for someone to help me. I noticed that once one person was finished checking her patient out I was not acknowledged. I was however acknowledged by one associate (I forgot her name) and then Tiffany who checked me out. Which those 2 were the only ones I appreciated for noticing me and helping me. Not really sure if I would go to that location again.
