The store was full, and three sales people. Once people cleared we went to the counter to see the earrings and charms. A family came after and they were helped first because one of the sales associates claimed they were there before. She and her friend were rude about it. The sales person who ended up finally helping us, was nice and patient.

Not enough experience in shopping in your store to base on a previous visit

I didn’t get my bracelet in the store they said if you paid over a certain amount you would get a free bracelet it was like 85$ bracelet and when i came home i relized i didn’t have the bracelet

i was highly satisfied with my experience. everything was clean fast and everybody there was super nice and helpful. they were quick and helped me walk out the store with what i wanted

Like pandora but have been looking for a Fire mustang charm to complete my bracelet. All you have is an electric car which will not work. I am looking for knockoffs now to see if I can find one to fit the bracelet. We are in mumtie Car clubs and have other women who are looking as well.

The employees are nice but I am feeling that they are rushing to have next customer. It makes me forgot to look around for other charm.
