The employee is friendly and helps me to choose what I want. She (Shahgol M) also explained and introduced clearly the products. However, I am not satisfied with the other girl's behavior. She did not greet customers.

I like Pandora product and style. But these days is not easy to buy from the store . I waited almost an hour till get my turn. Even they not responding to the phone call to see the availability of the item before the visit.

Sales representative should have asked before telling us they don’t have the item we want. She asked later and turn out they have one choice for us from one other salesperson and then that salesperson asked again then they have a second choice for us. Finally we were able to purchase the second choice.

i was overall satisfied with the service and the safety measures of the store. The sales associate was available and quickly jumped in to help us. We already knew what we wanted - we were replacing a lost bracelet of sentimental value. Right away we point out the bracelet and charms we came for. The sales associate starts getting them out but is also trying to show other products. I explain that this is a replacement so we know what we want but thanks. She keeps trying to push products - oh we have these other family charms - you need a stopper, here look at these, etc. We have a look while she gets what we DID ask for and then decline the additional offers, she responds “you should really consider the stopper, that’s why your bracelet fell”. My 15yr old sister is gutted and upset at this careless remark. I look like a teenager but i am 30yrs old. I have been a pandora customer forever! I know the products and I know what I want. Questioning me repeatedly, shoving product my way, and then giving unsolicited commentary was unnecessary. She seemed nice, but didn’t know when to stop.

I was not highly satisfied because it took a long time for an associate to assist me. Also it was very hot in the store and with the mask on even hotter.

the Eiffel Tower charm is considerably smaller then it was last year. Should have kept it the same size.
