My visit was to this Pandora location was great. The sales associate was very helpful, personable & knowledgeable. The only thing I had an issue with I didn't notice until after I had left- the associate mentioned a 30% discount during the fitting & I did not receive it. Nevertheless, a satisfying trip.

The store did not have enough variety in charms. Banners said sale everywhere but hardly anything was on sale. Very misleading.

Sale items were not plentiful and o didnt see many items that are in the catalog

I had to wait 30 minutes to get in the store

Did not have what I was looking for, therefore I had to go online at home and look myself

The associate were in hurry to ring me up and did not suggest anything to match my purchase. Also, I did not receive any greeting when I walked into the store

When I entered the store several associates were not helping other customers, and they did not acknowledge me. I patiently waited for 5 minutes while they talked among themselves, and then I asked to be helped. Very unusual experience for me at Pandora. Once I interrupted their chatting, the associate that assisted me was quite helpful. Thanks

The earrings I purchased caused my ears to swell. I can’t wear my older earrings for the same reason.

What I saw online seemed better, but I wanted to see & try on in-person! The selection wasn’t as expected either. There were no holiday promotions running!
