Associates could have been a little friendlier. Maybe offer seating as well. Pricing is too high.

I was satisfied with my visit? Everything was fine and the lady helped me fine. I dont know what else to say.

I think the store was understaffed so the wait time was high when it was more than two customers

I wished Pandora has a haft of a size since my figure is between the size 6 and 7

The white paint and walls of the store are becoming dilapidated and a little bit grody.

Just because I prefer my Pandora store in Georgetown, DC. This one in Tyson Corner has a bit less of personality.

The store reps weren’t as attentive and cheerful as most pandora stores that I have attended.

I feel that the prices for the charms are very expensive. I also feel that there could be a little more variety with the bead charms. I would like to see more colored beads to select from

No matter which store I visit in the DC area, retail or outlets, there is always a queue. This time it took 12 minutes before anyone was able to assist me. If I hadn’t been returning an online purchase I would have left.
