This pandora store is my fav. I’ve been shopping here for like two years The only reason That I was not satisfied recently is when I bring my charms bracelet to get and tried some other charm to add to my bracelet.....I removed my two charms to try the charms that I was planning to buy and the new sale lady wasn’t aware and I’m not aware too that she’s getting back my charms on the tray and bec, I’m not aware because I’m focusing on the item I’m going to buy. i left the store and find out that I’m missing my two charms. If she didn’t take away my charm I will noticed that It was mine and wear it back. I’m so frustrated that I lost my charm in the in pandora store.

We felt like we were handed off to a sales associate who didn't really want to assist us; even though she provided satisfactory experience and assisted me in saving $80 off my purchase, it felt like she would have rather not been helping us. She was simply going thru the motions. No smile, not very talkative.

My experience was good overrall because one associate stepped in to help the other associate and we even took her advice during the up sale. The original lady with blonde hair who helped us looked to be sad, my husband had to tell her to smile.

Hello. I was not highly satisfied because of the initial enterance and first walk through the store. I did not feel fully engaged by the associate until I started asking questions. I was wearing a bracelet with 15 charms and ring a ring from pandora and was not offered a cleaning or directed to new charms. The associates were nice once the conversation began but the perceived lack of engagement upon entry and interaction left me satisfied but not feeling extremely satisfied or valued as a customer.

Overall the prices are too high For charms and of course the return policy or ability to make good on your items if things occur to them.

I went to the store to meet my sister there to have our bracelets cleaned. When I first got there I was told the machine was not working. A different associate, not the one that waited on me, told me she could clean my bracelet with a cloth. Since my sister had not arrive yet, I called and informed her the machine was not working. I asked if we could leave them and pick up on another day. Well to my surprise, the machine must have gotten fixed somehow because there were multiple customers getting their jewelry cleaned that day. So I am not sure if the machine really was not working and all pieces were being cleaned by hand or not or why was I initially told the machine was not working. Had my sister not asked if it could be left and picked up later, it would have been a wasted trip. While waiting I spent over $300 in the store (two different purchases due to the sale).
