The sales associate wasn’t to knowledgeable about the reflection collection which I was there to purchase, she either had to look through a book for answers or ask another associate. I also expected to see pandora have some type of sale going on since it was Christmas time. But I was very disappointed that it was no sale on reflection collection.

There was a rose gold charm in the glass case that was placed in the category listed as "From $45". Well, when I approached the cashier to select that particular charm, I was sadly informed the charm was $100 and not the price selected the glass case. However, I did purchase two other charms. But, I am the customer that noticed that particular charm was to be sold as $45 not $100.

When I went back to returned my broken Pandora bracelet after 10 days of my purchase. The store manager was keep trying to tell me that I did something wrong with the bracelet. I was trying to let her know I was only typing and that falls off. She did not act very nice but when the sales Associate came she take care of me very nicely and with open arms.

I found the selection of charms to be pretty limited. Many lifestyle choices (hobbies, professions, etc) that I hoped to find for work colleagues and family members either don't exist or weren't available at the store during my visit.

I think Pandora is overpriced, but I like the designs. I am quite disappointed that Pandora is offering less and less gold items, the brand is loosing quality.

Pandora does not offer a variety of gold items anymore. The gold plated items get easily discolored.

The store is well organized. Displays lovely and the associates are professional and very helpful. My Pandora collection is always growing and changing. I’d like more items focused on faith and a way to know when items will be discontinued.

I wasn’t highly satisfied because the person that helped me were looking at us the whole time. I feel like I had no time to choose carefully? I mean she wasn’t being mean or anything (she was nice!) but she was just looking at every single thing we were touching. I guess i wasnt comfortable with the progress of my purchase! But i am HIGHLY likely to go to pandora in this month.
