They didn’t have the charm i wanted and i paid for it and she said she ordered it to the store and would send me an email but i still haven’t gotten an email. I will return later today to figure it out.

The only reason why I was dissatisfied was because my mother and I bought a chain for my Pandora bracelet on Mother's day and as we walked out of the store the chain fell off because it wasn't placed on correctly. I returned to the store and they said they could not replace it because it was not their fault. I was very disappointed because it could have been a numerous amount of faults and they handled it rather sourly.

I came to buy 2 sets of earrings. Neither was available at the store. The associate was polite and knew the merchandise. I find your prices high and that is why I do not give the best rating. Also I was told at your Fair Oaks store that the promotion was the annual 40% off on the purchases. they did not have the items I wanted either and when I shopped at your Tysons Corner store, I learned that it was a discount based on spending certain amounts, not a 40% discount. Somewhere there is a disconnect with your employees! - However, generally speaking, I dislike your return policy and that is why I only shop at your store if I absolutely have to for a specific gift. I find your return policy completely unacceptable and inconvenient to customers. Thank you for the opportunity to express my views and experience.

Customer service is bland. Smile and look a bit more happy. I understand the policy, I had the original receipt, wish I could return my gift for cash instead of debit but it's ok.
