Finding the actual price of the selected charms took longer that expected.

The sales associate was not friendly nor helpful. She seemed to want to finish the transaction right away even though I was still looking.

The store was crowded and it looked like the sales clerks did not have enough counter top space to work.

It was busy when I️ went and I️ had to wait longer then I️ expected , but everting else is good

THE STORE WAS A LITTLE DISORGANIZED. CLERK WERE BUSY DOING INVENTORY OR NOT SURE WHERE ITEMS WERE LOCATED.

2 charms I wanted were not available, other than that it was a great experience

The wait was extremely long. There were only two people working the store on "BLACK FRIDAY!! The store is small and the customers that were waited on took extremely long to make their selections and there were no other sales clerks available. It was probably about 10 customers or more waiting and there was no sign in sheet which should be a must as most Pandora stores that I have shoppe in have. This makes it easier to know who is next.

Prices too high!!

Sales associates were busy and i understand when they are done they will help. All of them just looked and didn't say a word. I wouldve appreciated if they said somone will be right with me or a simple greeting.

Seleccione unos unos aretes marcados con un precio en el aparador de $50 y otro artículo y cuando ya iba a pagar me cobró $70 por ese artículo de $50 le comenté a la asistente y me dijo que no que eran $70 sin ninguna otra explicación. Tengo la foto y no me gusto ese trato
