I’m very disappointed, I have been to other pandora’s before the lady’s have been nice. Unfortunately this time around I had some questions and she wasn’t happy because I had questions. Event due she was rude and I felt I was being judge by the way I look. I still ending buying a ring, earrings and a Stacy chain. I felt like they thought I just walk in to look, ask questions and not buy anything

I was the only one in the store and still felt rushed. I felt like I was annoying the associate by taking my time trying on different sizes. Associate didn’t offer much insight about the ring. I didn’t feel really welcomed at the store. The associate didn’t really care what I was truly looking for and just listened to me talk really.

I had to wait in a line to get inside the store for 45 minutes because there was this short heavy lady holding up the line. She was very slow and was giving terrible service. She had short dark brown hair and wore eye glasses. When I arrived by the store front to get inside after waiting 45 minutes. 2 people walked out and I was with my mom. The host told us we had to wait until they cleaned the surfaces but they didn’t clean or wipe down anything. After 2 people walked out, another 2 people walked out, a couple. That makes 4 people walking out and is not inside. It took 15 minutes after those people walked out for us to come inside. Our sales representative did not know how much the rings would cost and kept looking in the booklet. This is embarrassing Pandora. Especially for a person who sees all stores due to traveling the states weekly.

Alexis was nice and friendly.Said hi to me as I walked in.So I started just looking.I ask her to see some charms then we walked to the other side of the store to look at more charms.Her manager Nila came and whispered something to Alexis.So I notice she left me at the station where we was looking.She made me feel uncomfortable.I wasn’t gonna purchase,but Alexis was nice to me.

The associates were not 100% knowledgeable about the jewelry so it took extra time to open necklaces and see if they were adjustable or not.

I went to this location to purchase an item that said it was in stock online at this store. It was not in stock and when asked to contact another store they seemed bothered although they did do it. In the end I purchased an alternative item. It just seemed my requests throughout were bothersome to the sales people.

Had to wait for service.. had to wait for clerk to figure out the price. Not at all friendly. Didn’t care to engage in any type of sales pitch. She was more concerned with helping another clerk correct another customer’s problem.
