When I walked in, I was not greeted at all. I guess the sales clerks didn't want to help me because I look very young? I had to go up to someone myself and say "hey I needed this and that". I felt rushed when I finally got helped, the lady who picked out the ring for me was not very nice either.

The Sales Clerk that assisted me seemed to not be happy, not sure if she was having a bad day, feeling ill etc. All other sales clerks greeted me and smiled happy to assist. After all it is the holiday season. I asked for the price of the ring and she looked in one book and it said $60.00, she then looked in another book to see if the price was the same??? Both books said $60.00 what she didn't tell me was that was for silver. The ring I had in my hand and wanted to purchase was rose at $80.00. I didn't know that until she wrung it up. I would have gotten the silver has she bothered to tell me there was a difference. As I explained the ring was for my granddaughter a 13 year old. She would have been happy with either. However, another clerk tried to assist which made the experience somewhat better. If I am purchasing or inquiring to purchase I would like to be treated with great customer service.

The associate had to search through several very unorganized trays and bags of rings to find the one we were looking for. She was very nice but did not seem to be bothered that we may not find the ring.

Employees smacking there gum. Wait was too long. Charms should be in one section and we had to keep walking in circles to look. Store too small

La trabajadora fue bastante altanera, me decía que no tenía la mercancía solo porque quería que yo comprara lo que ella quería venderme, le demostraba que si lo tenía en tienda y me decía que eso no era lo que yo necesitaba, no fue flexible, me dijo que no servía su máquina para limpiar la pulsera, en general pésimo trato al cliente.

1) There were 3 groups of people in the store and the rest were made to wait. We waited a long time before entering the store. 2) sales associate wasn’t friendly 3) an item was advertised as a certain price but I was charged for a different price. When manager/lead was notified, instead of apologizing, she said that it happens. She also commented that due to the business of the season, items were placed in the wrong place many times and no other customers have complained except me. She the. Proceeded to put another item in the wrong place.

After making such a long line I was told I couldn’t get my $10,00 off for my Birthday Because I had to have the coupon with me it wouldn’t show up in my credit card and when I was gonna paid the associate didn’t know how to run the Pandora credit card and told me I need it a new one because mine doesn’t have a chip
