It seemed like a lot of rings we wanted weren’t available in our sizes. The sales associates took a long time trying to find what we asked for and couldn’t remember sizes or brought us the wrong sizes. They also didn’t seem happy to help us either.

The sales rep. Was very rude. The young lady acted annoyed with my request to clean my jewelry. The returns I had following the Christmas Holiday were easy I assumed. Dealing with a rep. Who keeps rolling their eyes is frustrating and horrible customer service.

buy a gift for mom, I need to change the bracelet because it was not her size. In the store they were not friendly and an unpleasant service ... I prefer to go back to another store

Sales associate was very short and dismissive. I wanted to return my items based on her curt manner but they were final sale. I will be calling the manager of the store.

The sales associate and store manager didn't respect me as a customer. I understand there was boxing sale on that day and there were many clients, but they tended to rush me to make the purchase and tried to sell me items I already expressed not interested in.

The store manager was kind in a rush when she was helping me, she didn’t take the time to showed me more products. She was kind of rude I really thought this store was going to have more variety than Potomac Mills store, but the Potomac mills has better customer assistance service they don’t make you feel that you have to hurry up with your purchase because there are more clients waiting. I saw the little Hispanic girl was taken better care of the customers than the manager.I think the manager at that location was middle eastern.

Needed to return an undesireable birthday gift; was told I can only exchange, limited gold ring selection available at this store in my size but would not be given a gift card for the gift value to return at a future date for more purchasing options. And only had 30 days for this transaction, so felt pressured to exchange my gift item for less than ideal items.

One of the associates (I think she was the manager) was very rude to me and my daughter. She scolded us while we were looking at merchandise because she felt we were too close to her clients. Her tone and the way she spoke to us was uncalled for.

My sister and I wanted to view the entire store before we needed help, but they tried to FORCE us to look at one case. Sales associates should walk THROUGH THE STORE WITH THE CUSTOMER!! They said we had to wait to purchase something because we "lost our turn!" Seriously??? I found a ring I wanted and the rude sales person went and got it in my size. Then my sister said she wanted to look at the bracelet that I decided against, and was completely ignored! We told EVERYONE in every store we went to after that, about our horrible experience! Then my sister who now was livid, went to another store, where she purchased a necklace and earrings, for $200. So a sale LOST to Pandora! Also, I will blast this store on Facebook! Not a good way to do business!

The sales associate was great! However, the manager was not pleasant at all. She was constantly hovering over the sales associate and I, and at one point approached us, aggressively, asking to put items away despite me telling her that I wasn’t done looking at them. She basically told the sales associate to put charms away and ignored my request to let me view the items. It was unsettling and she made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Had it not been for the very kind sales associate, I wouldn’t have purchased $400 worth of pandora goodies! The manager never apologized or even acknowledged my presence or request at any point. Very disappointing!
