I bought a ring at pandora and sales didn’t provide me a box or even a shopping bag. I received lot’s of gift from my friend they bought from pandora and this is the first time I buy it myself. I even asked sale if there is box or bag and she said no. I am very disappointed. I won’t buy thing at pandora and won’t recommend it to my friends

I would hope all customers to have the same greeting and acknowledge coming into the Tyson Corner store. Didn't seem like the Pandora stores I know. Very disappointing.

Sales associate did not know anything about merchandise. Merchandise was difficult for her to find. She did not give us her full attention.

the three times I have visited/purchased from the Tysons location I have left less than satisfied with the customer service in this location. Associates in this particular location are cold & are not very friendly, you can hardly even get them to smile IF they greet you. associates sometime seem disinterested. When I first visited one of the associates didn’t ask me if i was looking for anything in particular, or if they could help me find a product. I almost felt like they assumed i was a window shopper and as if they had better customers to attend to. I had a defective product and I returned within the week for an exchange, the associate this time promised to call me back and let me know if she found the item i wanted at another locations and would let me know if she could get it transferred.. she never did. I went back again two weeks later.l & finally just gave up and exchanged it for any other item because this times , the associate that was helping me had an attitude problem and so was just completely over it. Tysons the associates are slow paced, not friendly, and rather snooty and cut throat. I definitely won’t be shopping at this location again.

no one greeted when we enteted the store We waited about 5-6mins while sales associates were helping other customers. I had to call them to see the product. no one asked if we needed anything.

I was at pandora located in Tyson’s corner and the associate didn’t have knowledge of the product. She couldn’t find or know if they have that item i was interested. It took some time go thru the book and find item. They took it thru the display which i was disappointing. Not a welcoming experience at all. I do not like going there especially in that location. Workers not very friendly.

The sales associate was not nice. I almost had to convince her to sell me what I wanted. The bag she put the bracelet I got was dusty when I opened and closed it. The more I told her I needed to get going, the longer she took in packaging the bracelet unnecessarily. I had to ask her to shine the item I bought. Other Pandora places like fairfax staff is much more helpful

The sales person was not very friendly, it looks to me that she was not interested in work there, my opinion is personal and not intend to harm the worker but the store should hire personnel that are more motivated.

The sales associate did not want to show me anything... I would ask to say animals for example and she would say what kind of animals... or I asked to see baby charms... what kind of baby charms... like I don't know what you even have how could I tell you what kind there are.... she was very unfriendly. If I was not on a time crunch I would have gone to a different location.

The sales lady who was helping me didn't seem to be happy to be working there. I don't think I saw her smile once and she looked rather annoyed when I asked to see many rings/different sizes. I've worked in retail for most of my life and I know a good sales person when I see one. I did not feel happy after I did my purchase and her being so annoyed looking for different sizes for me I ended up getting a size too big for me, cause I felt like I didn't wanna bother her.
