I purchased 3 rings from Pandora during my visit. After 2 weeks on of them lost the little stone in it. The other one had a pink big stone and you wouldn’t be able to tell if you look at it that I purchased the ring a month ago. Just for the context I didn’t wear them everyday. The polish on them started peeling off. When I went to the store to exchange or return them the manager was super rude refused to listen to me and said I couldn’t return since it’s already been a month from my purchase date. I was told at the time of the purchase that I would be a able to exchange my rings if anything happens to the ring whatsoever. I felt very deceived and taken advantage of just to get a sale. I have been their customer since 2 years and I have spent endless money on jewelry with Pandora but I’m disappointed this time around and Pandora has officially lost my business. This happened at Pandora at Tysons Corner, VA. If you value your money don’t go there, the supervisor is extremely rude!!

This is the third time that I go to Pandora, but this last visit that I had left me very dissatisfied because the customer service was terrible, because I wanted to buy some charms for my bracelet but the lady who was serving me was very defensive and Very rude, it seemed that she did not want to sell me anything because, I was comparing all the charms that I liked, but she did not even give me time to see them and she took it from me,I had the impression that she thought that I wanted to steal something or maybe I wasn't going to buy anything, at the end I ended up buying only one charm because I felt very bad and uncomfortable.

Waited 45 minutes outside the Tyson’s store to get in with only 2 workers helping customers but there were 2 other workers standing in the back just chatting with each other

The sales rep was helpful. However she was so pressured to rush because of the store manager it was so uncomfortable. I felt pressured and uncomfortable because I was trying to make sure that I like I what I'm purchasing. I feel bad for the sales rep. She was doing her best to help but she was so pressured, she told me to please make a decision. That was so uncomfortable. I shouldn't even have bought the necklace.

I had the associate to put the item I purchased directly on my bracelet. She must have not put it on tightly because it was gone before I got home. $50 wasted. :-(

Greeted by a guy who left me talking by myself to help another walking customer. Meanwhile 5 sales people in the back talking. I asked to get helped by two sales people who walked passed me towards the door to greet other customers coming into the store. 30 minutes later a sales person helped me after me asking everyone and getting ignored. Everyone should get retrained on customer service,

The customer service I received from the sales person was horrible. It was two other customers being helped in the store and three sales associates. I was ask to wait until the other two customers where finished with there purchased and to look around. I let the associate know I already knew what I wanted. I was told to still wait after twenty minutes later I still received no service, she finally decided to help me. I told her I was looking for the Disney Princess collection. She the processed to show me the book after I asked to see them in the tray. Before I was able to tell her the ones I wanted she keep walk-in away speaking to the other sales persons. I ask can I get another sale associated and she denied me and said she was able to finish helping me then, she continue to talk to the other associates. By this time I couldn’t finish shopping and just decided to buy the items I had picked. This has been my worst pandora experience ever.

The sales associates at the store are extremely rude and ignored me. I was with my grandparents who are both disabled and were treated poorly.
