I wanted one charm but the person helping us said I have to buy two and she put them on my bill and I paid for it without knowing then I had to wait outside in the line again to return it and then while returning one charm they returned two and I had to buy it again which could have been prevented

Horrible the everyone was all over the place order pick up was a disaster they didn’t have it ready not the correct order the guy didn’t understand English it was a mess this is a 5 start mall l very disappointed

I waited in line outside of the store for at LEAST 40 minutes before I could get in to make an exchange. I was told there was a 1 to 1 associate /customer limit but there were At least 6 associate walking throughout the store and only 3 customers at a time. I was 4th in line and I needed to do a simple exchange of bracelet sizes. I placed an online order for 2 identical bracelets and charms. I bought these without knowing the sizes but I figured the exchange would be fairly simple. Boy was I wrong!! This was my first purchase from pandora and will more than likely be my last. I understand this is the holiday season but this was insane. I will say the 3 staff members I spoke to were very friendly and polite and they did apologize so I am pleased with them personally. I the store “policy” that I can’t take.

I recently made a purchase in-store for a charm. Later that week, I purchased the same item online as it was 35% off. When returning the item with the original receipt, the sales associate spoke to me in an extremely condescending tone and was stating that the item needed to be returned in the original packaging even though the item was in the original packaging from the online order. The sales associate (Nilufar B No. 152807) then continued to make a scene of cutting open the bag containing the charm and inspecting the charm itself, insinuating that I was returning a fake item. While she eventually processed the term, it was an absolute terrible customer experience. I have been purchasing items from Pandora for years, but needless to say I will not be returning to this store while this sales associate is working.

Jason C. Was my sales person and the attitude he had with me was bad. He was helping me but he also rolled his eyes at me with the questions I would ask. He seemed annoyed with the fact that I was only buying one item. Overall I was not satisfied by todays visit

Did not feel welcomed when returning a bracelet that i had bought two weeks ago. Worker was rude in providing help, did not acknowledge that the bracelet was hard to open or close. Also instead of exchanging it at the moment she tried fixing it with pliers and broke the bracelet. Stated that before exchanging she will explore other option. Did not sound professional at all.

The sales lady was extremely pushy and rude, we weren’t allowed to move around the store due to “safety protocols” and the liberal agenda so we weren’t able to see what all was available to purchase and were told we were only allowed to stay in one area and look at what was right there to pick from which didn’t give us many options, the saleswoman had absolutely no idea what she was talking about throughout the whole purchase and was very misleading and when attempted to correct her she got real snippy with an attitude

I went to the store for necklace and she was very unfriendly and don’t even bother to explain my questions and not even talk other then “you want to buy this” then not even give me a box or package for my necklace. I would definitely return my necklace today. Worse costumer service ever.

The salesperson at this Pandora in Tysons Corner was extremely rude and unprofessional. Hee J No.193520 is the information on my receipt about the salesperson. She was very unhelpful and rolled her eyes at me because I wanted to see different rings since I couldn’t decide between them. She offered no help and she seemed annoyed that I was trying them on. I’ve gone to plenty Pandora stores before and I absolutely loved my experience there especially in the DC store but unfortunately this store was a horrible experience and I will not be coming back to this store. Very unprofessional and rude I am highly unsatisfied.

I came in with my freind for help with her bracelet she recently got and because it’s a retired item they refused to help at all. While the associate offered solutions like exchange or get something at a similar value, the manager was not helpful at all and sent us to a store 25 miles far !! I was definitely hoping more for the Pandora one year warranty promise. While we were the only customers at the store with three associate present, only one offered to help us and even when my freind approached the sales lead she replied” so my freind is helping you and she can help you as well” though we came in for two different things and it would have save us time getting help separately.
