I completed this last night. The sales associates were rude. First they tried to make us stay at 1 counter with an associate when we just wanted to look at the entire store first. When we found what we wanted, we were told we LOST OUR TURN and had to WAIT for the next available person. When our turn came, the associate did get me a ring in my size. I wasn't interested in the bracelet I initially wanted, but my sister stated MULTIPLE TIMES that she was interested. She was completely ignored!! After we left, we went to another store where my sister spent $200 on a necklace and a pair of earrings. That sale COULD HAVE BEEN AT PANDORA! I have to say that this shopping experience at the Tysons Corner Pandora was the WORST I have had in many years. These associates need some serious customer service training!!

I came to Tysons Corner location to exchange my bracelet that the lock problem. Sales associates were all busy and finally one associate was available and she did not even greet me and looked very annoyed that I wasn’t purchasing, just exchanging. I simply asked her to exchange my bracelet. But she asked me weird questions like if that was my bracelet like I stole it or something. I am beyond upset. Finally store manager came and exchanged my bracelet. This is my first ever bracelet from Pandora. At first they gave me a defective, then one with a lock problem. Not sure if I want to purchase again from Pandora.

I used to work at this Pandora and was an avid collector (16 bracelets filled with charms). But the customer service I received from Alexis was awful. I was in and out of the store in less than 15 minutes and it was a very uncomfortable 15 minutes. Since I used to work at Pandora and have almost 200 charms, I know that each piece is hand finished. I asked to see 3 of the same item so that I could compare them and pick the best one of the 3. She was impatient, gave me an attitude, and then slammed the top of the charm box onto the charm. I asked her for the holiday gift bag that I saw other customers receiving and she gave me an attitude and crinkled the bag. I then asked for a pouch instead of a charm box and she said she would look for it but she never did. The assistant manager came over while I was choosing the charm and ornament and I explained that I know that they are hand finished and I like to choose mine: she was so sweet and understood. I wish the assistant manager had helped me instead of Alexis. Being helped by Alexis really put a bad taste in my mouth and makes me never want to return to this store again even though I have given thousands of dollars to Pandora.

The sales associate was at the end of her shift, so she was rushing me to make a decision. She had a very poor attitude. She told me they did not have an item available and then I found the item in the display case. They also moved the trays from the display and could not identify what was previously there because there was something on the tray that I wanted to get. She was in such a rush to close out my sale that she would not allow me to give her my discount code from a previous survey, she said it was too late.

The customer service was very poor and sales associates were rude and inattentive. no communication and lack of friendliness.

I went to the pandora in Sterling and tried to make a return. the receipt says clearly return to ANY pandora Stores but they refused to exchange or return my refund.. brand new bought 1 day ago and came the next day because found cheaper and they were not helpful at all.

Sales associate was not educated and disorganized. She proceeded to box up a ring for me that I told her was too big even after I told her my correct size. She was unenthusiastic and was clearly showing that she did not even want to be working.

Two sales associate were not professional that the first time i had to leave store and the only reason i came back was that my cousin whos very sick getting treated at John Hopkins hospital loves one of your bracelets and i couldnt not get it to her but i would never ever come back to any panadora store because of this visit not only the sales associates were not professional but also the assistant manger ! I hope you guys take it more serious about customers and that im sure alot of people just like me wont come back to this store or any other store of yours ! This is very sad how big ur name is and how bad your associates are !

I did not know that the customer service diminishes when you are only spending $75. The sales associate throughout this entire experience was disgusting. I have never been treated so rudely while shopping.
