i had to spend i sean hour in the store because none of the staff wanted to help in a timely manner

I went to Pandora with my mother for getting my doctor's gift. Her name tag said, DESIGNER, not sales. This lady was very rude and not nice. I asked lady for certain pendant for necklace which I already checked from the website, she didn't say anything at all, when I asked her for something, she didn't even showed me any response, didn;t reply back. Her attitude was so rude. Only one thing that I was satisfied was one guy was very nice to me and my mother, because my mother was also big fan of Pandora so she asked him for her bracelets cleaning service, this guy was very nice and kind. anyway, I don't understand that why this DESigneR lady was at the store and sales if she doesn't want to work. I was also big fan of Pandora,, but only one person ruined my day.

My husband bought me a gift and I didnt like the fit of the bracelet. Tried to exchange or return it and the customer service was poor and I was told he would have to return to the store he bought it at which is very far away.
