I was greeted upon arrival and quickly assisted. The sales associate was able to clearly explain the current promotion. She was knowledgeable and friendly. She helped me pick out a Disney charm as a gift and made sure it was well packaged for gift giving - even suggesting a gift receipt.

All the sales associates are extremely knowledgable about their products and are always more than willing to help. They have always presented me with products that match what I had in mind, and they always make me feel welcome. I am extremely pleased with Pandora as a whole.

The lady who help us was friendly and nice, to the point that we purchase more than we thought because her friendliness her name I think is Ruby lovely girl. Only down side point there was a manager she was kind of rude and make feel uncomfortable at the end, the only point where she change a little be her attitude is when I’m mention that I love write reviews in google.
