I walked in and was immediately asked how I was doing and if I needed help. Hailey got right to it, and knew exactly what I was explaining. She helped me pick out the most perfect matching bracelets for my bestfriend and I. Couldn’t have had a better experience!

The gentleman that assisted us was very helpful. We had a return with receipt and wanted to get something else and he took his time with us to show us other items and sizes of bracelets. He was very friendly and awesome to work with!

I love Pandora customer service. The head came off my BB8 charm and with in minutes my bracelet was cleaned and back on my wrist. The BB8 was replaced as well.
