I always go to the same Pandora store because the manager is always wonderful and she had new associates that yet i knew they were new still provided excellent service and kindness

The store was busy but the staff members were fast at helping the customers and getting them out Diana f was friendly and fast very help ful

I have been buy Pandora for long time and receiving charms as gifts from my daughters. I am glad I at least have a store to go to in Greensburg. I travel 45 minutes one direction to shop there. It’s always amazing walking through the store!

The associate answered every question to my satisfaction. She was very friendly and easy to talk to.

The staff is always friendly and treats me like family.

Came in for 1 thing left with 4. Super nice. She gave me other options to choose from.

The salesperson, Alex was friendly. He helped me make a choice and provided me with options. He informed me of a sale that gave me a free bracket. His personality was very welcoming.

Diana S knew exactly what I needed when I explained my dilemma I was having with a necklace and charms. I also asked about a couple of rings and she had ideas that she shared with me and they too ended up perfect. She truly is a wonderful salesperson. Next time I go back I’ll look for her. I forget who helped me when I initially bought the chain and charms, had they offered to at least show me a piece I was unaware of I’d be much happier. Overall Diana S needs a raise!

Very pleased with the store. My sales representative was nice, friendly, very knowledgeable on the charms and bracelets. Just had a wonderful experience.
