Valerie was a huge help. This was actually my first visit to a Pandora Store and she helped me pick out the perfect gift for my soon to be daughter in law

The store attendants Paige and Valerie were amazing people. Knowledgeable and so helpful with every question and request that I had.

While on a mission to find a graduation keepsake, i visited the westmoreland mall location. Multiple associates helped find exactly what I was looking for. Each member of the staff was enthusiastic about my purchase and went the extra mile to uncover exactly what I had in mind! I don’t usually wear jewelry but now having explored the stores collection I may have to return for myself. The staff was friendly and welcoming.

Unfortunately I did not catch the name of the lovely woman that was helping me, but she was the nicest associate I have encountered in any retail setting, in years. Her knowledge about the products was impressive. She made me feel comfortable and didn't feel pushy, she definitely convinced me on the sale, but it didn't feel forced.
