The person waiting on me when I told her what I was looking for new exactly where to look I was able to pull it up for me. She was also training someone and both of them were very pleasant.

The lady that checked us out was friendly knowledgeable and kind. The exchange was easy and quick. The merchandise was beautiful.

The store is always clean and very sparkling. I love going in and being greeted and asked how I can be helped. They always show me what I want and give some further suggestions. It’s always a pleasant experience, I end up with a beautiful piece of jewelry.

I was warmly greeted and welcomed by Dianne. She asked if I was looking for something specific, and I had several items in which I was interested. She had no problem locating the items, showing them to me. She also offered items that were similar that I might choose which I liked best. I did not feel rushed or coerced into purchasing additional items. My experience was like talking with a friend. I am very pleased with my purchases!
