The salesperson was extremely kind and helpful. She showed me the items I wanted to see and offered additional products I might be interested in. However, she did not push or try to coerce me into purchasing items I did not wish to purchase at this time!

Valerie was amazing! I decided to bring my 3 young nieces (ages 6, 8, 11) in for a bracelet, 2 stoppers and 1 charm each. Valerie introduced herself, asked my nieces their names, she really seemed to care and was just super nice!! She took so much time with us! She made sure each bracelet fit perfect! And with little girls they changed their minds a few times and she was never annoyed with them! She did all this while maintaining the boundaries for Covid that were in place. She was very, very personal, telling us stories about her aunt and listening to our stories! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience or sales associate!! She never left us, which I thought was super amazing! Another worker came up and talked to us during the visit too, I didn’t catch her name but she was very friendly also!! I didn’t know you could get a credit card, and Valerie told me about that and took the time to set that up for me too! My nieces LOVE their bracelets and I also got a new charm for mine! I couldn’t thank Valerie enough for this experience that we will remember forever! THANK YOU!!
