Sales person was very nice and and know her merchandise. Return was very easy.

I was greeted immediately upon entering the store. The clerk responded to my request and offered me multiple choices. She was knowledgeable about her product.

I had originally not planned to even go into the pandora store. I was waiting for the stores to open and just window browsing. As your lovely worker walked in she waved at me and was so pleasant I just felt welcome and went it and made several purchases. all the ladies there are lovely.

My daughter loves the rings. She buys with her saved money. Her last one lost a few stones, but the associate helped us exchange without any problems. Great service and return policy.

I purchased a necklace in July and had nothing but issues and emailed your company twice with no response. When I had enough I stopped at the store to complain and see what could be done. As soon as I entered the assistant manger I think recognized me and the issues I’ve had. She completed an exchange for another necklace. I was prepared to never shop there again but she changed my mind! Good thing you have such amazing employees
