Went in for Harry Potter charms they didn't have the one I wanted but to be honest I want them all so I will just eventually get it when it's back in stock

The customer service with this visit was simply above and beyond. I visited with my friend and we were greeted right away and were asked if we needed assistance. We told the associate what we were interested in and she was very personable and kind when helping us.

Merchandise was available that I was looking for many things were out of stock that I was interested in I have a bangle bracelet and was looking for silicone clips the ones I liked did not have the silicone in them

Our salesperson remembered us. She was proactive in showing us new merchandise. She was efficient at checkout

The store employees were extremely nice and helpful. I loved that they included me with their own experiences. Also I like that when I said I wasn't into certain pieces they listened and actually knew what I was looking for. I will say I have a huge collection of Pandora and Promo items and this store was definitely one of the best experiences I've had in a long time.

The Assistant manager at Westmoreland Mall Greensbutg PA location was so nice, patient and friendly.

Associate was very knowledgeable on what I was looking at. She helped me determine what kind of look I wanted. And gave me a lot of options to make my price unique.

Associate was knowledgeable. Zero wait. Store was clean and inviting. Enjoyed the conversation with the associate. She was very helpful on assisting me with rearranging my bracelet.
