The store looked so clean and beautiful. I walked in “just looking.” Ruth was so polite, patient and helpful, I was given the time and attention to look at so many things, I bought Christmas gifts!

The Greensburg Pandora associates are always nice and friendly. They know How to do customer service by letting their customers look around first and then if they need help the associates are right there to help out. Danielle the manager at the Greensburg location started off with me and my mom but she knew that i liked working Michelle B. So, she let Michelle B have the sale and got to work with us. But Danielle the manager was also giving us her advice on things as well and showing us some of the newer items that they just got in. The whole experience was great and we will defiantly will be back to that store if we know that Danielle or Michelle B is working. These two ladies made the shopping experience more fun and enjoyable.
